We empower our teachers through a unique professional development programme that fosters teaching mastery in early childhood education through one-to-one mentoring and deep pedagogical and curriculum training.
Learning journeys to Finland and China immerse our teachers in teaching practices in other countries. To make their lessons engaging and fun, they are also supported in teaching drama by the Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT) and Taiwanese professor Chen Ren Fu. The passion we instil in our teachers shows in the numerous Outstanding Preschool Teacher and Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher awards they have collected over the last decade as teachers in Little Skool-House.
