Meet The Principal
Eunice Tong
Executive Principal
Master of Science in Early Childhood Education (M.SC. in ECE)
What started as a love for Dr. Seuss’ book “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!”, became a journey into early childhood education for Eunice. Fifteen years later, she has set up new centres, built cohesive teams and has mentored teachers, starting them on their own journey as educators.

Our centre features a huge outdoor playground that sparks enthusiasm for learning and encourages engagement among students. By offering daily opportunities to play, we build confidence and resilience in your child as well as motor and social skills as they actively explore their world.

Programmes Offered
We run a full-day infant care programme based on an extensive relationships-based curriculum that introduces your child to a variety of stimuli and activities designed to build self-confidence and independence during a child’s early years. We also offer a choice of full-day programmes and selected half-day programmes for preschoolers.
Our award-winning educators are committed to equipping all Little Skool-House children with the essential skills necessary for primary school and life and the results have been that 93% of our children are Highly Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
A full-day infant care programme is offered at our learning centre in Leisure Park Kallang for kids aged between 2 to 17 months. With an extensive relationships-based curriculum that aims to expose infants to a variety of stimuli and activity, the Little Skool-House pedagogy builds self-confidence and independence during a child’s early years. We also offer full-day programmes and selected half-day programmes for preschoolers aged between 18 months and 6-years old.

Enrolment is open all year round, depending on availability of spaces. You may register up to 18 months before your child’s intended enrolment date.
This centre is open from:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7am to 7pm
Our centres are closed for 6 days in addition to public holidays, Teachers’ Day and Children’s Day, as approved by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
Located minutes away from Stadium MRT (CC6) Exit B, the new Changemakers Explorer preschool at Leisure Park Kallang opens in March 2026. Situated next to the Singapore Sports Hub, Kallang Theatre, and Singapore Indoor Stadium, our centre is conveniently accessible for families residing in Tanjong Rhu, Meyer Road, Fort Road, and Mountbatten.
